how to reset Windows OS to it's factory settings

hello every one,
i want to reset my windows operating system settings to
factory settings when i installed at my PC frist time.
please help

Consult the documentation that came with the machine. If you want
accurate help please give the readers the make and model number of your
computer.

If the machine have this feature then you can by following the instruction
on boot up to restore the machine to factory settings by clicking F12 or F11
per the manufacturer configuration. But if that installation done by you or
someone else then there is no restore to factory settings feature here! And
you will have to wipe out the HDD clean to get to the starting point of clean
Machine without private data...etc
