how to reset up mail

My crystal ball is broke. Please post the error message in its entirety.
You can left click on it to highlight and then right click to copy and
then paste it into this thread.
 
Please provide the name of your email provider (after the @ symbol in your
e-address) and copy / paste all error messages.
