how to reset password

I just installed windows 2000 Pro. I did not want a
password for the admin. so i left it blank. a pop up said
that it would allow any one to go in..blah blah blah...are
you sure to leave it blank. so i clicked okay. now i try
to logon with no password and it will not let me. help me
please.
