How to reset HP Photosmart 2710 region?

On initial installation 2710 sets the region according to the
cartridges used. Mine was bought in US (and set to region 1) but now
used at region 2 (Europe).

I know # + 3 as Partial Reset and # + 9 as Full Reset, but neither of
those seem to reset the region information. Does anybody know how to
reset it? It would be much easier to use cardridges locally
available...

You will need to contact HP. They have a method to reset the printer (~
once...) and can do the process over the phone. Find the contact
