How to rename the Shared Documents Folder?

I'd like to know howto/if it is possible to rename the Shared Documents
Folder, as I haven't had any success doing it in the conventional manner by
selecting Properties.

I don't think it's wise to do that particularly if you use simple file
sharing - but I'm not expert. You know how much the OS loves to have things
in certain places (eg My Documents, My Pictures etc). Favorites is another
folder I wouldn't mess with too much.
