Where do the wallpaper images go that are are created by
right clicking a picture on the web and selecting "Set as
Desktop," and how can I access them?

Or alternatively, How do you delete unwanted wallpaper
from the Background choices on the Desktop Tab of the
Display function in the control panel? I've found where
the originals microsoft wallpapers are saved, but where
are wallpaper images that came from rightclicking an
image in Internet explorer and choosing "Set as
Background."

The current one is in this file. Substitute your user name for USER:

C:\Documents and Settings\USER\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet
Explorer\Internet Explorer Wallpaper.bmp

I'm sorry, but I don't know where the list of available wallpapers is
stored or how to delete items from it.
