I know that it is simple enough to remove a program by going to the
"start" button, going into "all programs" and right clicking and then
deleting those programs I don't want...but sometimes that doesn't
work, or I have trouble locating the actual program.

Is there another way to do it?

Hi,

better way of removing programs is by going to Control Panel > Add/Remove
programs. Look for the program that you would like to remove and click
Remove (or Change) next to it. Follow the instructions on the screen...

I hope this helps,

Mike

No, that doesn't remove the program at all. It just removes the
shortcut to it in the start menu.

To remove a program go to Start | Settings | Control Panel |
Add/Remove programs, and remove it there.
