How to remove this Adware "ISTbar at IE6??

Hello,
I noticed that "somehow" I have now this
Software listed under "Toolbars" of my IE!
I already tried to search for it but to no avail...
So thanks very much for any valid tips!

with an antispyware prog : adaware (lavasoft) or spybot

Remove the toolbar using ToolbarCop:

ToolbarCop removes the Toolbars, Toolbar buttons and unwanted
menu-extensions from Internet Explorer. It does not remove the spyware from
the system entirely. It is advisable to run Ad-Aware scan
(www.lavasoftusa.com), if the toolbar entries are not removed.
