Can you let us know what the spyware is and where its
being detected ?
To see the scan results go to "Tools" on the top bar of
MS Antispy and then to "Spyware Scan" , Next "View
Spyware Scan History" Click the latest scan results then
press "View Full Details Of Scan" and copy & paste that
back
(Left click and cover the results, Right click and
press "Copy", when you are replying here then right click
again and choose "Paste")
If its being detected in "System Volume Information" then
start a new restore point and delete the previous ones.
First Create a New Restore Point
Goto Start Menu > Run > And copy & paste this in
%SystemRoot%\System32\restore\rstrui.exe
Press Enter, Choose create a restore point and Next ,
Name it and press Create
Next clear the infected Restore Points
Goto Start Menu and Run and type
cleanmgr
Press Enter, Goto the "More Options" tab and press Clean
up on the System Restore area to remove all the restore
points except the one we just created
If its in a different location post the scan results as
it would help us to see what the problem is.
Regards
Andy
