How to remove the I/O shield panel from chassis?

Yea. You read the subject correctly. How to remove the I/O shield panel from
chassis? Please, give me fool-proof instructions. I do not want to break the
chassis and/or I/O shield panel. My chassis is Chieftec BA-01B-B-SL.

Push inwards from outside the case, working your way around the edges.

I've had cases in the past where the panel was held in place with small
screws. This case was not originally a homebuilt but I stripped the case to
add a new mobo, cpu, memory and OS.

Thanks! It was rather easy to remove it when I used a small screw driver
(minus-head) to straighten those small "hook edges" of the metal plate.
