how to remove spyware!

I need help on how to remove this website from my current
or start page browser.

Tried everything but it keeps on coming back again.
Went to regedit and delete it but when i open the browser
again the res://mmjdi.dll.index.html#37794 or people call
it as spyware is still there.

Please help me with this one.
