i have problem with spyware blink.exe.
how to remove it from my pc ?

Have you tried using Microsoft Antispyware to do this?

If it didn't work, please try this:

1) try to submit a tools, suspected spyware report.
2) Try scanning your machine in Safe mode

If you are still infected, at this point, Pest patrol has manual removal
instruction in this article:

but they are simple enough that I am surprised there's any difficulty with
Microsoft Antispyware doing the job.
