HOW TO REMOVE PROGRAM WHEN IT WOULDNT LET ME

i have this xxx toolbar that im trying to remove
but when i right click to remove the program it wont let
me.it appears on my internet explorer and im trying to
get rid off.
what should i do to remove the program from my i.explorer
and computer.

Do a search and find Ad-Aware (get the free version) and also find Spybot
Search & Destroy (free). Download and install the programs, have each one
"check for updates", and then run them.
