Been playing around with various flash-capture programs. One, have no idea
which, has left a 'download flash movies' option on the drop-down menu that
comes up when you right-click on the active IE window after the program was
uninstalled. Can anyone tell me how to remove this from the drop-down? Tnx,
V

Use Regedit.exe and remove the item. It should be under here:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Extensions

....Alan

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MenuExt]

Oops! I was right two years ago in the second reference but wrong in
this response. A Senior Moment, perhaps.
Thanks for the heads up.
