How to remove ">" in out going emails

I know how to remove the > in outgoing Outlook Express
emails, but is there a way to do it in Outlook 2000 and
2002? Thanks.
 
Thanks for the info, I'll check it out. We have clients
using Outlook 2000 and 2002 (Ofice XP)This site looks like
just Outlook 2003?
