How to remove double quotes when save as tab delimited is chosen in Excel

Hi,

When I do a Save As Text (Tab-delimited) file, Excel puts
a double quote around every text field that has a comma in
it! The text fields which do not have a comma, do not get
the double quotes!

How can I make Excel NOT to put a double quote when it
saves a Excel File as a Tab Delimited file?
