I don't mind / care if the email address appears alongside the contact name.
How do I remove their full postal address from the contacts list? This really
takes up unnecessarry space and means my short list of 20 or so contacts
cannot be viewed on a page but has to be scrolled.
The contacts list as the word "list" suggests should only be a list. When I
want the additional information stored for that person/contact I should then
be able access it, by clicking on it, otherwise it should remain a list.
I appeciate that other users may prefer to use it that way but why can't
there be many different ways to suit the many millions of users?
All this virtual stuff is useless as any form of a database because it is so
rigid in it's capabilities for sorting or anything.
Are you suggesting I duplicate all this information in Access?
