I have attached a very large sound file (.wav) to a PPT. I
tried to remove the sound file but the PPT file is 75 MB
size now. I want to complete remove the sound file from
the PPT but its still on the sound list and the file sise
is too large.....
PLEASE HELP !

Locate the sound icon (looks like a speaker) and select it and then delete
it. If the file size isn't reduced, it probably means that you have Fast
Saves turned on. Go to Tools > Options > Save and uncheck Fast Saves.

Along with Sonia's suggestion, when saving do not backward save to include 95,
as this also causes huge file size
