When I remove a hyperlink with Word 2010, the formatting (underline,
blue text) remains unchanged.

Can anyone tell me how to remove a hyperlink and ensure that the
format of the text is changed at the same time (to no underlining and
black text)?

With thanks.

OK, I've found an answer: right-click the text and choose 'Remove
hyperlink'.

You can accomplish the same thing with Ctrl+Shift+F9.
