Right click 'My Computer'
Click 'Manage'
Click 'Computer Management (Local)'
Click 'Action'> 'Connect to another computer . . .'
Choose your computer you'd like to reboot from your preferred domain.
Right-click 'Computer Management (your computername that you picked)'
Click 'Properties'
Click the 'Advanced' tab
Click 'Startup and Recovery'
Click 'Shut Down'
You'll get a listing of different methods of shutting down the remote
workstation.
I know this is kind of involved, but it does work, and it's one of those
"hidden" features...
There are also vbscripts out there (I'm sure) that can also do it according
to IP address, server listing (txt file), etc.
