How to reinstall windowsxp

The problem is my sitter cracked my password, changed it, and now as the only administrator of the computer I cannot do anything!! So now after phoning Daewoo they tell me I have to reinstall windowsxp. How do I do this??? They reccommend getting an expert, i'm looking for a quick fix. I am not really smart with computers obviously lol, any help is appreciated.

That would be the last time I would use that sitter. Make them tell you the
password. Although I don't know how you make kids do anything since you
can't smack them anymore.
