how to reinstall outlook express

i have been in the past a customer of freeserve, and my outlook express was provided by them . going to another internet - i tried to delete my outlook express and use the microsoft outlook.
if i try to download again the outlook express it says again ''provided by freeserve'' can i download it without having this?
