How to reinstall Netmeeting in XP Pro??

on WinXP desktop--Netmeeting/Remote desktop sharing will
not activate--tried all kinds of fixes w/ no solution.
Have many other clients working, but something appears
corrupted here....Netmeeting otherwise works, but when
right-click on taskbar icon--it does not activate (does
nothing at all)..
Reg. entries on comparable pc are the same too.
ANY way I can reload Netmeeting for Windows XP? (as it's
not in Add/Remove Windows components, or not avail (that
I can find) as a download??
