how to reinstall a deleted item

I deleted and item and it went to a folder. How do I get
the item in folder to reinstall? Another problem I have
is that I do not have a recycle bin on my menue. How do I
find this?

The Recycle Bin is kept in folders named RECYCLED or RECYCLER that
live in the root directories on all drives. The folders may be hidden,
so you may have to set up the Explorer to show hidden files and
folders in Tools > Options > View to find the folders.

Now try deleting the file and it should go in the recycle bin. If this is
not you want, reply eloborately.
