There's no installation for it, but the easiest way would probably just to use System Restore
(note: I have not tried this). To do so, click Start, then Help & Support, then "Undo
changes to my computer using System Restore" and then restore back to a previous day when you
had SP2 installed and 4.7.3000.
If you give me a few days, I may have a custom-made installer to bring it back, otherwise if
System Restore doesn't work, just reinstall SP2.
