How to reduce the right margin

For reducing the right margin in Microsoft Outlook, the possible suggestions
are:-

a. Drag the right margin button
b. Go to page set up and reduce / increase the margin

But by doing so, I am unable to reduce the margin. Can you please help.
 
Printing I suppose you are talking about? For HTML mail it is the same as
you can configure in Internet Explorer as Outlook uses Internet Explorer for
printing HTML messages.
