How to recover deleted data

If a file or folder is " shift + deleted " from the hard drive completely ,
not available now. is there a way to recover the data ?
help required.

Not through anything registry related so it is out of context for this
group.
Take a look at the www.uneraser.com web site though, they have some good
tools.

Agreed, not a registry issue. OP should know that recovering truly
deleted files is highly dependent on acting immediately and before
the once-used space has been reused. Here is another
