How to recover calendar after Outlook 'Repair' did reinstall?

I have been trying for a week to rid my PC of debris from McAfee Security
Center, and I did the Office 'Repair' not realizing it would reinstall
Outlook. I have re-established my email account, but is there a way I can
recover the calendar, contacts and email that appears to have been
overwritten?

It probably hasn't been overwritten. Probably you have created a new PST.
