When you switch to Outlook from Outlook Express, you CONTINUE to use
Outlook Express as your newsreader, since Outlook does NOT contain native
newsreader capabilities. To access newsgroups, Outlook uses whatever the
default Windows newsreader is. Usually, this is Outlook Express.
In versions of Outlook before Outlook 2003, when Outlook Express is the
default newsreader, it has the label "Outlook Newsreader" at the top of the
folder list when Outlook Express is executed as a child process by
"View|Goto|News".
In Outlook 2003, the Outlook Express executed as a child process (from
"Go|News") looks exactly like Outlook Express without access to email. It
even says "Outlook Express" at the top of the folder list. At least it did
in the public beta.
But it is not necessary to use Outlook Express. You can use whatever
newsreader you wish.

I have been using OE for long time and am able to add newsgroups.
However, after I switched to Outlook 2003, I don't know how to add
newsgroup. Can anyone help?
