I've experienced 3 crashes in 5 days I think caused by
some spyware that I quarantined. Microsoft says it's
caused by a driver error. The blue screen that comes up
when it crashes closes before I can read any of it. Is
there a way to stop the screen so I can read it?

Also, any tips on how to find a list of all the drivers
to determine what is wrong/missing, etc.

Thanks for any advice, sstephy

Hi,

Start/run eventvwr.msc, the system and application logs should contain your
error.
