My CorelDraw has been blocked and I can't reactivate it

Restoring a Disabled Item (Blocked Event)
The Blocked Events section contains a list of all applications, programs, or
settings that have been disabled or blocked by a Security Agent. In the
Blocked Events section you can review all the items that have been either
blocked or disabled and decide if you want to permanently remove the item or
reactivate it, restoring it to its original state before it was blocked.
How to restore a blocked or disabled item:
1. From the main screen, or any of the screens with the toolbar, click the
Security Agents icon or menu option.
2. On the top right of the screen, under the Take me to... section click
Blocked Events.
3. A list of all items that have been either disabled or blocked is
displayed. Select the item you would like to re-enable or unblock and when
the item appears in the right details window click Reactivate Item. This
restores the item to its original state before it was deactivate.
4. To restore multiple items that have been disabled or blocked, select
each item and click Reactivate All Checked Items at the bottom of the
screen.
5. After you reactivate an item you should restart your computer to ensure
that the restored application runs.

Hope this is what you're looking for:
1)Click on the "Real-time Protection" icon. Top right.
2)Click on the "Application Agents" link
3)Click on the "View blocked application events" link in
the "Application Agent Status" section. Left side of
screen.
4)You should see the CorelDraw entry in the "Blocked
Events" section. There's a link at the bottom of the
screen that allows you to "un-block all checked items".

I've also blocked a reg that i shouldn't have and now i
can't use a number of websites that i need. The blocked
event doesn't show up where help says it should be. Any
solutions?
