How to raise Library limit of 120 songs

I just upgraded to windows media player 9, and have found
that i cannot put more than 120 songs in my library. Is
there a way to raise this limit? help.

Something is wrong with your installation of Windows Media Player, since
WMP will work with an almost unlimited number of media items. As an
example, at the present time, I have 302 songs in my library, contained
in about 33 albums.

There is definitely something wrong, be cause my library has 10,000 items in it.
