how to quiery by a value "Date"???HELP!

hello everyone
i have generated a report in acess (using the wizard) the way i like it BUT!... i like to make ther report (form) give me all the info from the table by date that i specify in a textbox(s) i have in the form section of access. any ideas how i can do this

here is some info

textbox1 name = dateFro
textbox1 name = dateT
table name = TBL_
column name = dat
report name = test

Can any one help me?????? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i would appreciate any help any one can give me......
