How To Put Text on top of ActiveX Control Item

I have inserted an ActiveX of Window Media Player on an Access form.

I tried putting a Text Box on top of the ActiveX object and selected it to
be on top of the ActiveX. My ActiveX still cover it it.

Any suggestion on making the Text box vissible on top of the ActiveX Object
(in my case the media player).

Yes, I went to the format drop down and select bring to front. The ActiveX
Control (window media player) still hides it or covers it.
