How to put documents in different catagories

I hae recipie documets that I would lik to catagorize, as far as 'appitizer'
and 'main menu'.
 
Create a folder "Recipes"
In it create sub-folders "Appetizers," "Main menu" (even though I don't cook
anymore I would call it "Main Dishes"), etc. Move your document files to
the appropriate sub-folder and save new recipe documents to the appropriate
sub-folder.
