How to put an adminstrator back on my computer

When setting up my computer. I gave everyone limited
access and then I accidently deleted the administrator and
now I can't change anything.

How can I put an administrator back on my computer.

I don't think you can actually delete the administrator account (you can
rename it).

You can lose the password, but there are ways around that one.
