how to put address, links and standart buttons bars on one line w/the menus?

Right click the toolbar and uncheck Lock Toolbars. A handle will then
appear at the left edge of each toolbar that you can drag up, down or
sideways.

Do it while you can. In IE7 and Vista you can't do this anymore :-(
