How to put a reply email into business contact's history?

I need to know how to add an email that was a reply to an email is sent from
business contact back into the business contact's history. This wil allow me
to keep track of the replies as well as the original email. It is easy for
me to do it in ACT.
 
the replies should link automatically as the 'sent to' email address is
picked up from bcm. if the linking is not working try checking the setting in:
business tools > link email > auto linking
