How to put a legend or firm in the mail

Hello,
I need to put a firm or legend in all the mails that i will send, and to do
the same with another users, I use Exchange 2003 with Outlook 2003 client.
Any form to put in automatic this firm or legend at the bottom of the mail?

Create a signature file containing the verbage you wish.
