How to put a large picture in TabControl?

I put one picture in my TabControl.
It did not appear VScroll bar when I put a buttion to zoom in it.
But it can appear VScroll bar when I put it in Form1.vb automatically.

Can you instruct me how to put a picture in TabControl and enable
its HScrollBar in order to zoom in and out?

Set the tabpage's 'AutoScroll' property to 'True'.
