Put the file in your startup folder. Either in:

c:\documents and settings\your username\start menu\programs\startup

or, if you want it to run at startup for all users, put it in:

c:\documents and settings\all users\ start menu\programs\startup

create a shortcut of the file u want to run at startup and place it in ur
startup folder.[start menu > programs > startup] if u want this program to
run by all users then place the file in c:\documents and settings\all
users\start menu\programs\startup

Hope this helps...,
Umesh Thota.
