How to Program Send/Receive in Outlook 2002

Hello everybody,
I'm using Outlook 2002 and I want to program a send/receive time for my users without using the menu of the Outlook's interface.
Can i use a registry key or can i do it with an addin?

I use prf files to create the user's profile.
