how to print text box on chart

I have a chart...I also have a 'text box' which I place on the chart.
How can I print the text box as part of the chart?

It seems to me that, if you follow the instructions in Help and
add a text box using the Drawing tool bar, the text prints
perfectly well. How are you adding the text box?
