how to print "report" from a form if record not saved?

Hi all

I hope some one can please help me with this:

I have a "print" button on a data entry form that is used to print a label
from the details of the record currently in view. The problem I have is that
if I enter a new record and press the "print" button I dont get the record
details printed on my label because I believe the new data isn't saved until
I either close the form or enter another new record or change view to a
previous record. If I navigate to a previous record and then back to this
"last" record it prints perfectly.

How or what do I have to do to get the new record to save when I press the
"print" button so that i get my label details printed without messing about
changing back and forth to other records?

Ok. I cant try it till I go into work tomorrow but I will let you know if it
works.
