How to print out pages (customized) for 7-ring planner books

Hi,
I'd like to be able to type in customized pages for my 7-ring planner
(important contacts, etc) -- then print out on the 5 x 8 pages that fit in
my planner (maybe there are 8 X 11 perforated sheets like this?) Thank you.
 
The data entry is done using a form, so just size the form accordingly and
try and replicate the look of the ring planner.
For the print, set the report size to match the 8x11 and again, replicate
the look of the page.
