Is there any option in Outlook (2000 or XP) where you can
simply print ONE single page of a multi-page email.

This seems like a very simple, but ridiculous omission on
Microsoft's behalf.

I can only find the option to print Odd or Even pages.
Hope somebody can help.

Hi RoJ

I have had exactly the same problem - I got around it by printing to Acrobat
Distiller (which you need to have installed obviously), and selecteing the
pages that I want from within Acrobat.

file, print, look at print range and enter the page number
you want to print.

I hope this helps

If you had of read my original message, you would of
noticed that you simply cannot select the page you want.
Hence why I was asking in here.

If you go to the "Print" menu under "File" you should have
the option of printing either the current page or
selecting a page or number of pages out of total pages.
Just select pages 1 to 1.

It's a common complaint and most people only put one sheet in and cancel the
print after it's done.

This problem exists if the email is a text based email. If the email is HTML
you can select the page by putting the page number. Hence the easiest way to
handle this I have found is to go to edit the email & change the format to
HTML & select the page to print.

If the email is of only 2 pages then ofcourse you ca use the ODD or even
selection to selcet only one page.
