How to print gridlines

You can open the query in Datasheet view and then choose Datasheet from the
Format window to change the gridlines, the background and gridline color,
and the cell effect (flat, sunken, raised). You can choose Font from the
Format window to change the font type, size, and color. Save the query from
Datasheet view after you have made these changes, and you should see this
formatting in Print Preview.

They should print by default. If turned off, go to
format, cells, check gridlines.
But caution. You should print using a report. You have
much more flexibility.
