How to print contacts from multiple folders?

For Office XP - Outlook
On my business computer I have several folders under "My Contacts". For
example:
Friends
Family
Vendors
I would like to print day runner pages that combine the contacts in Friends
and Family (not vendors). All of the contacts should be alphabetized
together. Note: I do know how to do this for a single folder i.e. just
Friends or Just Family.

You'll have to drag them all into a single folder. How about you use
categories instead of all those folders and you'll probably get more
functionality.
