How to print a background image

I have an image which is a copy of a W-4 form. I want to
be able to print a page which has this image along with
data retrieved from a database (like address etc) on the
correct lines on the form. I cannot get the background
image to print.

Any advise?

That would be an Internet Explorer Setting: Tools|Internet
Options|Advanced|Printing.

I had a similar problem (and went back to my original post
and someone gave me this idea).

SCREEN CAPTURE the page, then e-mail it! It worked for
me! It was the only thing I could do to be able to e-mail
my web page, and e-mail it with the background image
remaining.
 
You will be better off creating the W-4 as a form or HTML page, then having
the database populate the form/page, otherwise each user would have to
enable the printing of background images in their browser.
