how to prevent users from joining workstations?

hi ... i have 4 servers working as windows 2000 advanced server SP4 ,domain
controllers, any user in the domain by default can add 10 workstation to the
domain. is there a way to prevent them from doing so. using some script or
group policy?

Use tip 9577 » How can I change the default number of computers an ordinary user can join to the domain?
